During the picnic, the kabsa was served on the ground (on top of a carpet, then plastic, then tin foil) after which we ate "con mucho gusto" with our right hands (as per tradition).

We went to the Deriya Park on the outskirts of Riyadh on Friday. It was an excellent day. We spent 10 hours there cooking, hiking, drinking coffee, etc.
